Every time I update the OS on my iPad it goes into recovery mode.

I purchased an iPad Air 2 a month ago. I've done three OS updates, two minor and one major, using the OTA update process. After each the iPad has entered recovery mode and I've had to restore from iTunes.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Is there anyway of accessing the devices log when it is in recovery mode?
